The company operates across a broad healthcare spectrum, including medical devices, healthcare consumables, drugs, medicines, health kits and related healthcare products, supported by capabilities in institutional procurement, regulatory coordination, tender management, C&F and distribution services.

Mediearth is also a Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Agent for Karnataka Antibiotics and Pharmaceuticals Limited (KAPL), a Government of India Enterprise, with a dedicated C&F and distribution facility at Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.

As an MSME unit in Maharashtra, Mediearth is committed to building a professionally managed, quality-driven and sustainable organization. Our medical-device operations are supported by an ISO 13485-certified Quality Management System, with certification issued by a Notified Body, reflecting our commitment to structured quality and regulatory practices.

For applicable products, we support quality verification through testing conducted by NABL-accredited laboratories, with relevant laboratory test reports made available to customers and institutional authorities wherever required.

Mediearth also maintains CDSCO SUGAM Portal registration for applicable non-sterile, non-measurable medical devices, supporting our regulatory framework for the relevant product categories.
